Organic Tahini Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup organic tahini

  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnut

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup frozen berry mix

  • 2 ripe bananas6 Medjool dates

Instructions:

  1. Remove pits from dates

  2. Combine all ingredients in Blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour and enjoy!

Smoothies are one of my favorite go-tos for after the gym. This one is full of nutrients and healthy fats, and also tastes delicious. It give me that boost of energy after I workout, and the best part is that it tastes like a treat!
